CONCEPTUAL DEVELOPMENT
We partner with our clients, architects, and designers to concept a narrative and high level design that is inclusive of the individual requirements for each project. We walk through your site to discuss your overall vision, programming, and design options.
We begin the process of material sourcing, project planning, and coordination of subcontractors to build a complete construction documentation set that details all aspects of your build. This takes into consideration your budget and timeline to develop a transparent cost structure and project scope that is realistic.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN COORDINATION
We assess and evaluate the drawing set, pull permits and inspection requirements, and determine a comprehensive schedule for the project team. In this phase we aim to identity any potential issues that may arise so we can resolve them before construction begins and increase the project efficiency.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION AND PROCUREMENT
We oversee the execution of your project. An on-site project manager will assist with day to day progress reports, coordinating the subcontractors, reviewing work, and responding to any questions that arise. With careful planning and preparation, your project will be completed in a timely manner and closeout documents will be finalized.
